Lord Jaraxxus is a fight with relatively simple mechanics with a moderate amount of healing required. Jaraxxus should be tanked in the center of the room, with ranged and healers setup in a wide circle around the boss. Spreading out is important during this boss encounter, as Jaraxxus will cast a move called Fel Lightning, a chain lightning ability that increases in damage with each hop. In addition, Jaraxxus will also cast Fel Fireball. This should be interrupted but any fire resistance aura's is recommended during this encounter.
Every 60 seconds, Jaraxxus alternately spawns a Nether Portal (spawns a Mistress of Pain) or a Fel Volcano (spawns 3 Felflame Infernals). The OT should immediately pick these up, with all ranged DPS burning them down as fast as possible. Any melee DPS that have interruption moves should stay on Lord Jaraxxus in order to interrupt Fel Fireball. In addition to all of this, Lord Jaraxxus will randomly cast 2 debuffs on raid members. Incinerate Flesh will last until the target receives 30,000 healing. If this debuff is not removed in time, the target will blow up, causing massive AoE damage, so it is imperative that healers react quickly to this. The second debuff is called Legion Flames. This continuously spawns flames under its target for 6 seconds. The target should run away from the other raid members (towards the wall) while remaining in range of healers.
Lastly, Lord Jaraxxus will occasionally give himself 5 stacks of Nether Power that increases magical damage dealt by 20% for each stack. Mages should Spellsteal this buff as it will increase their DPS and reduce Jaraxxus's damage. If there are no mages, or the debuff stacks continue to grow, they can be dispelled by priests, shamans, or protection warriors.

* Healers pay attention to Incinerate Flesh
* Move away if affected by Legion Flames
